It's a great opportunity to see over 25 bands at 3 different venues.
The show on July 26th was a hot, dirty, manic party - just how we like it. Between the energy you guys were exuding as a crowd, Christian and Sam running off stage to deal with technical difficulties, and Dan moving around more than he does in an average week it was mayhem on stage. We were at dinner and didn’t see much of Keeton Coffman's set, but The Docs and Oil Boom set the fervor at exactly the right pitch for us to come on stage to. They are two great bands that we definitely want to see in Houston again very soon and that we look forward to working with in the future. Playing in front of a room full of excited Beanstalkers and sharing some new songs and old favorites with you all is a truly heartwarming experience and we were all very touched by the number of you who stayed around afterwards to talk to us. We were proud to show our friend and stage-guest Nathan Quick what playing in front of the best fans in Houston is like and thank him for loaning us his talents. In short, we celebrated (2 audience Birthdays), we sweated, and hopefully we melted your face off.
Here's video of one of our new songs: Get On Your Knees
Enjoy and we'll see you all again really soon,
The Beans lead singer, patriotic Sam Griffin on July 4th at House of Blues
We had a great time celebrating the 4th of July at The House of Blues. The crowd was raucous and ravenous. We enjoyed every minute of it. The night was made perfect when we met George Clinton, the living legend! Happy 4th!
